1. truthfully complete all required fields on the Registration Form;

2. abide by these Official Rules.

REGISTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL MATTERS:

Effect of Registering

By registering (i.e. truthfully completing the registration form and agreeing to abide by these Official Rules), you become a Registrant. Registrations will be deemed made by the person whose name was given in the registration process. Registrants are required to sign up for the Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com mailings, and remain Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com subscribers for at least 90 days. Any Registrant who unsubscribes from the Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com list within the 90 day period loses the right to participate in the raffle.

Registrants release and hold harmless Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or any good received. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.

Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted registrations or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years or older to register. THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com, its sponsors, respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, insurers, suppliers, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Registrants may register only once per person, and may not therefore use multiple email addresses to register multiple times.

Grand Prize

Winner of the Grand Prize will receive two round-trip tickets on Israir Airlines from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport to Tel Aviv's Ben-Gurion International Airport during the dates listed below. By law, the winner of the tickets WILL BE RESPONSIBLE to pay Israir for taxes and security fees (approximately $180 per person).

The winner of the prize may redeem the prize tickets during the following dates:
May 1-June 15, 2006
September 1-20, 2006
November 1-December 14, 2006.

Prize tickets will be reserved in BOOKING CLASS – N. It may be possible to upgrade to higher class based on availability at time of booking.

Disqualification

Should Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com determine, in its sole discretion, that any Registrant has violated any of the prohibitions contained in these Official Rules, Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com shall have no obligation to award a Prize to such Registrant.

Potential Prize winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours after the drawing. Potential Prize winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of first attempted notification to receive their prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Non-compliance with this time period may result in disqualification.

Caution

Any attempt by a registrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com web service is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Receipt of Goods

No goods other than those specifically listed will be awarded as Prizes. No substitution or transfer of goods is permissible, unless, in the event of unavailability of any Prize, Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com may award a substitute good of equal or greater value. Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com will determine the value of the Prize in its sole, reasonable discretion. All taxes on goods are the responsibility of Registrants.

It is your sole responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to your receipt of goods. You understand that you may be required to complete certain Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) tax information reporting forms before your receipt of any goods. You further understand that Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com may be required to provide information regarding your receipt of goods to the IRS.

Recipients grant to Arutz Sheva/IsraelNationalNews.com the right to use and publish their proper name, with their home city and state in connection with this promotion.
