1. Why does the form tell me that my email address is not correct?

This happens from time to time. The likely reason is that there are spaces before or after the email address.

2. Why does the form not allow me to type in my email address?

This occurs when you get to the form via a referral email from a friend. If you wish to enter a different email address, then access the form directly here.

3. I signed up, but never received my verification email. Why?

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the verification email to arrive. If you have already waited an appreciable length of time, it is likely that it was caught by a 'spam filter', so check there. (This is often the case with AOL, Earthlink, Gmail, MSN and Hotmail accounts.)

4. How can I be sure whether I have successfully entered Arutz 7's Exclusive Video & Flight Giveaway?

You may enter the raffle once only. However, once you have entered, you can refer as many friends as you like. For every friend you refer who signs up, you get another ticket.

7. I am already an Arutz Sheva Daily Email News Report subscriber. Can I still enter Arutz 7's Exclusive Video & Flight Giveaway?

Yes!

8. What are the costs involved?

No cost – you simply agree to become an Arutz Sheva Daily Email News Report subscriber.

9. I am having trouble referring friends to Arutz 7's Exclusive Video & Flight Giveaway. How is this done?

a. Go to the Login Page.
b. Enter your own email address and login.
c. You will now see a form. Use that form to enter the names and email addresses of the friends whom you would like to refer, and then click on the "TELL A FRIEND" button.

Your friends will receive an email informing them that you have invited them to Arutz 7's Exclusive Video & Flight Giveaway.

10. I forget whom I already referred to the raffle. Is this a problem?

No – if you refer someone you've already referred, our raffle program detects this, and will not send out the second referral to the same person.

11. I have many people to refer. Can I just send you the list?

Sorry but no. You must refer people yourself through the refer-a-friend form, which you can access by logging in.

12. After joining the raffle, how do I then sign up for The Arutz Sheva Daily Email News Report?

By joining the raffle, you are automatically signed up for The Arutz Sheva Daily Email News Report.

13. When is the raffle over?

The raffle is closed on Erev Pesach, April 11, 2006. The draw will be shortly thereafter.
